Due to Federal and State requirements for medical record documentation and symptom monitoring, each patient is required to register with ReliefInsite and begin reporting their symptoms at least once a week.
MedsNationwide is actively in the process of establishing an elite network of board certified physicians specializing in pain management throughout the country. There will be a number of physicians in each state to facilitate a face-to-face visit and examination in your local area. A minimum of once-a-year visit will be required. Each patient will be e-mailed a list of certified physicians in their locality by zip code. It is imperative that you keep your e-mail address updated with us at all times to receive the additions of physicians in your area. Once you receive the e-mail you must schedule a visit with one of the certified physicians nearest you within 60 days of receiving the e-mail. In the meantime you must download and print the physical form (link below) and take it to your local physician. Once examined and completed, it should be faxed to us to be made part of your medical records. Our doctors require medical records that shows a physical exam with a diagnosis and a treatment plan.Also, a clear copy of your photo i.d. should be faxed to us before we can schedule your consult. The records should clearly indicate a diagnosis for the condition for which you are reqesting medication. Meds Nationwide is an administrative and marketing firm that schedules and bills your doctor consult for you.We work with US Licensed Pharmacies and Doctors and DO NOT dispense any medication ourselves. Once you have completed your physician consultation, the US licensed physicians electronically send your prescription to one of the pharmacies that we work with. All prescriptions are filled and shipped directly from the Pharmacy. Please note, all prescriptions expire after 6 months.

We will schedule you with a US licensed physician who can help you with one or more medical conditions. Medical conditions ranging from Allergies to Women's Health can be treated using our service.
We want to ensure the doctor has a full understanding of your symptoms and concerns. You must have current medical records "within the last two years" that defines the condition you have for which you are requesting medication.. After you provide your records and a photo id, we will schedule a telephone consultation with a physician. If the doctor feels a prescription is necessary, the order will be written and submitted to a fully US licensed pharmacy. You can receive your prescription via overnight mail within 24 hours of the initial exam.
We do not service the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, GA, IN, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NE, NV, OK. SC, TN, UT, WV.
You must be 21 years of age and a signature with identification is required prior to the prescription being left at your home.
